Making Remote Work Work

Introduction

Remote work has grown fast since 2020. It gives freedom and flexibility, but many people and teams still struggle with isolation, lack of structure, and inconsistent follow-through. Apps and task managers help, but they can't replace the accountability, shared rhythm, and momentum that comes from working as part of a team.

Loop Remote was built to close this gap. With structured routines, facilitated execution, and shared accountability, we turn planned work into consistent progress. Wherever your team is, execution stays connected.

The Problem

  • Isolation and disengagement: Remote work often reduces informal connection, leading to lower engagement and silent drop-off over time.
  • Execution drift: Even skilled teams plan well, but without shared execution space, priorities slip and work doesn't consistently get finished.
  • Tool overload: Teams invest in tools and processes, but still struggle to translate plans into day-to-day execution.
  • Cognitive diversity: Modern teams include a wide range of attention styles, including ADHD and neurodivergence, which traditional workflows often fail to support.

Without change, remote teams risk losing momentum, focus, and output — even while working longer hours.

The Solution: Loop Remote

Loop Remote is a shared execution system that supports teams and individuals without adding management overhead or new tools.

What you get

  • Team-based cohorts: Entire teams or team-specific groups onboarded together around shared priorities and working rhythms.
  • Structured rituals: Weekly activations, async check-ins, and ongoing execution cadence.
  • Facilitated focus sessions: Time-boxed execution blocks embedded into the workweek.
  • Integrated workspace: Runs alongside existing tools (Slack, calendar, Zoom) to support visibility and accountability.
  • Execution support: Facilitated sessions and coaching that reinforce habits and follow-through at both individual and team level.

The Mission

Loop Remote exists to:

  • Reduce isolation and disengagement in remote teams
  • Provide structure and accountability through proven execution routines
  • Support cognitively diverse teams with human-centred workflows
  • Help teams get more done without adding hours or burnout

Success Metrics

We know it's working when:

  • Teams complete more planned work week after week
  • Execution becomes more predictable
  • Engagement stays high without constant management pressure
  • Focus and follow-through improve across the workweek

The Founder's Story

Isaura Santos, Founder of Loop Remote

I've been working remotely since 2014, long before it became mainstream. At first, I struggled with the basics: should I work from the couch in pajamas or enforce overly rigid routines? Over time, I found my rhythm and learned how much freedom and flexibility remote work can offer when it's supported by the right structure.

For nearly a decade, I worked inside fully remote teams, managing projects across time zones. I learned that successful remote work needs more than tools. It needs processes, rituals, and clear ways to stay connected. With those in place, remote collaboration isn't just possible — it's highly effective.

Later, as I led teams and built my own businesses, I realized the real challenge wasn't the work itself. It was the absence of shared execution, connection, and accountability. Even high performers lose momentum when they're operating in isolation.

That's why I created Loop Remote: to give people and teams the structure, accountability, and shared rhythm they need to thrive — without sacrificing the freedom that makes remote work so valuable.

I want to help as many people as possible work productively, feel supported, and reclaim time and energy beyond their laptops.
