Loop Remote Whitepaper

Coworking That Makes Remote Work Actually Work

Introduction

Remote work has grown fast since 2020. It gives freedom and flexibility, but many people still struggle with isolation, lack of structure, and low motivation. Apps and task managers help, but they can’t replace the accountability, support, and inspiration that comes from working with a team.

Loop Remote was built to close this gap. With structured routines, small hand-picked groups, and community support, we turn solo work into team-powered productivity. Wherever you are, wherever you go, your team is with you.

The Problem

  • Isolation: Working alone often feels lonely and disengaging.
  • Focus issues: Without accountability, even skilled people can lose momentum and miss deadlines.
  • Too many tools: Professionals spend money on apps and coaching but don’t build lasting habits or find real connection.
  • Neurodivergent needs: Rising ADHD and similar conditions mean more people need extra structure and support.

Without change, remote workers risk becoming more isolated, less engaged, and less effective — even while working harder.

The Solution: Loop Remote

Loop Remote is a membership community that recreates the best parts of teamwork, without giving up the freedom of remote work.

What you get

  • Small cohorts: Groups matched by goals, skills, and time zones.
  • Simple rituals: Weekly kick-off calls, daily check-ins, and monthly clinics.
  • Focus sessions: 50-minute sprints designed for deep work and consistency.
  • Always-on coworking: A private Zoom space you can join anytime.
  • Community events: Activities that build connection and fight isolation.
  • Optional coaching: Group or 1:1 support for workflows, habits, and productivity.

The Mission

Loop Remote exists to:

  • Reduce isolation for remote workers
  • Provide structure and accountability through proven routines
  • Build inspiring teams where different perspectives make everyone stronger
  • Help people work fewer hours, get more done, and enjoy life offline

Success Metrics

We know it’s working when:

  • Members complete more tasks and hit deadlines
  • They feel less isolated and more supported
  • They build habits that stick
  • They work smarter, not longer — spending less time online while achieving more

The Founder’s Story

Isaura Santos, Founder of Loop Remote

I’ve been working remotely since 2014, long before it became mainstream. At first, I struggled with the basics: should I work from the couch in pajamas or set military-strict routines? Over time, I found my rhythm, and I discovered how much I value the freedom and flexibility of remote work.

For nearly a decade, I worked with fully remote teams, managing projects across time zones. I learned that successful remote work needs more than tools. It needs processes, rituals, and ways to stay connected. With those, remote collaboration isn’t just possible, it’s incredible.

Later, as I led teams and built my own businesses, I realized the real challenge wasn’t the work itself. It was missing the sense of team, connection, and accountability. Even high performers can feel isolated without a group to rely on.

That’s why I created Loop Remote: to give people the structure, accountability, and community they need to thrive without losing the freedom that makes remote work so valuable.

I want to help as many people as possible to work productively, feel supported, and enjoy more hours far from their laptops.
